A terület fogoly és mezei nyúl génmegőrzés okán különleges rendeltetéssel bír. Nagyon kevés tanulmány vizsgálja és számszerűsíti e két módszer eredményességét egymás mellé téve, pedig az összehasonlítással kiderülhet, hogy a nagyságrendekkel drágább optikai eszköz beszerzése és alkalmazása megtérül-e, főként a gyakorlati vadgazdálkodás szempontjából. Ennek érdekében az elvégzett alapadatgyűjtés után kiszámolva a populációsűrűség értékeket 3 mintaterületen, összehasonlítottam és értékeltem azokat. Eredményeim szignifikáns differenciát mutattak ki: a hőkamerás eljárással átlagosan 15,95 %-kal magasabb populációsűrűség értéket kaptam, mint reflektoros sávos becsléssel. Abstract Comparisson of the Effectiveness of Two Different Brown Hare (Lepus europaeus) Population Estimation Methods (Spot Lamp, Thermo Camera) in the Area of Három Fenyő Hunting Ground In the area of the Three Pine Hunting Association (Várbalog-Albertkázmérpuszta), I compared the reflection band and the thermal camera night hare estimation procedure in my studies. The area has a special purpose for captive and hare gene conservation. Very few studies examine and quantify the effectiveness of these two methods side by side, although a comparison may reveal whether the acquisition and use of an order of magnitude more expensive optical device pays off, especially for practical game management. To this end, after calculating the basic data collection, I calculated and evaluated the population density values in 3 sample areas. My results showed a significant difference: with the thermal imaging method, I obtained an average population density value of 15.95% higher than with the reflector band estimation. | |
